At Anonymous Paintball, we strive to provide high-quality products for paintball enthusiasts. Please review our return policy before making a purchase.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds on retail purchases. If you are not satisfied with your item, we will gladly issue a store credit for eligible returns.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

The return request must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Items marked as “ Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a store credit for the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs).

Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
